JAD does not allow republication of articles that have already been published elsewhere, except under exceptional circumstances such as:

• Translations into another language (with permission from original publisher)
• Government, policy, or institutional report adaptations
• Joint publication agreements with a disclaimer

All republishing must be clearly disclosed and approved by the Editor-in-Chief. Duplicate or simultaneous submissions are not permitted.
