Abstract

Maha Kumbh which happens to be one of the largest religious gatherings globally is a significant foreign policy tool through which India has tried securing its national interest. It is the most visible display of its soft power. The present article attempts to understand how it has helped India leverage its soft power and how successful was India in enhancing its global image.
